Willy Guhl was a Swiss industrial designer known for his innovative work with concrete and pioneering contributions to the field of modern furniture design. He experimented with different methods of shaping and molding concrete to create lightweight, yet sturdy furniture pices that could withstand outdoor conditions. The perfect characteristics to create these extremely durable planters.
Many of Eternit’s products are known to contain asbestos, yet these particular planters are more recent productions that are 100% asbestos free.
