Since the 1960s, these chairs have been a part of the CEO’s office at De Coene, a prestigious Belgian furniture company which held the exclusive rights to produce Knoll International furniture in the Benelux region. Following the CEO’s passing, the set was inherited by a close business partner and friend. When he moved recently, we were fortunate enough to acquire the set from him.
The wooden frames are in a very good condition with some scratches here and there, as shown in the pictures. The cushions were respectfully reupholstered in high quality leather by Durlet, another famous Belgian furniture company, and are in very good condition.
